1. What is the difference between:
Associated Deals - It is a HubSpot calculated property which shows the count of number of deals. And all the woocommerce orders are synced as deals via woocommerce integration.
Total number of Current Orders - It is a custom contact property synced via woocommerce integration. It will show up the count of woocommerce orders that need some work/processing by the admin/owner of the store. Like if a contact has 2 orders in woocommerce. One of them is completed and other is in processing status. So the property "Total number of Current Orders" will have value = 1 ( as one order is already completed and the other is still processing, so needs some work ).
Total Number of Orders - It is custom property synced via woocommerce integration. It will show up the total number of woocommerce orders that the contact will have. SO it will be almost equal to property Associated Deals
2. Lifecycle stage - It is a contact property managed on basis of HubSpot Deals. If a contact having any order/deal on HS, will have customer lifecycle stage.
3. What is the connection Between:
"last order Status" in Contacts - It is a custom contact property synced by woocommerce integration. It will show up value for the order status of the recent order of the contact in woocommerce.
“Deal Stage” in Deals - Each deal in HubSpot will have their own deal stage ( as per Ecommerce Pipeline) This mapping is done under woocommerce deals plugin
“Order status” in Deals - This is a custom property for deals but not created by our plugin and we do not sync this property too. Order Status in deal is Empty!
4. What is the difference between :
Contracts - I do not see such property on HubSpot. Please clarify this.
Total Revenue - This is a contact property on HubSpot which is auto-calculated on behalf of sum of amount of all deals.
Total Value of orders - This is custom contact property synced via woocommerce integration. It is almost the same as of Total revenue as it too shows the sum of all woocommerce orders for a contact.
