בעזרת ה- CHAT GPT יצרתי את הקוד.

ייצאתי את מספרי הטלפון מהאבספוט, הרצתי את הקוד + ייבאתי חזרה אל האבספוט.

Case Study: Phone Numbers in Multiple Formats Imported into a Client’s HubSpot

For one of my HubSpot clients, I needed to update phone numbers in the Contacts module in HubSpot.

The phone numbers had entered the system from several different sources and appeared in many different formats (Israeli phone numbers).

With the help of ChatGPT, I created a small piece of code that standardized the numbers.

I exported the phone numbers from HubSpot, ran the code to convert them into a consistent global format, and then imported the cleaned data back into HubSpot.

Why this matters:

Phone numbers are one of the most important identifiers in a CRM system. When numbers are stored in different formats, it becomes difficult to use them for integrations, automations, SMS campaigns, and reliable reporting.
