Hubspot SMART CRM
The HUBSPOT SMART CRM data structure is based on a smart associative relationship between contacts and their companies according to the domain. This means that all contacts from a company like NIKE, for example, will be automatically associated with the Nike company.

For example, Rubi@nike.com, who just submitted a marketing form, will automatically be added to the contacts module and a company named Nike will also be created automatically.

And if tomorrow Dana@nike.com enters through email communication with one of the sales reps, she will be added to the HubSpot contacts module and automatically associated with the same Nike company that Rubi is associated with.
This automatic association saves a lot of confusion and a significant amount of manual work in maintaining and cleaning the organization’s data.
