Auto-edit phone formats to global formats

The process begins with exporting contact data from HubSpot, where phone numbers may exist in various inconsistent formats (local formats, with or without country codes, including special characters, etc.), along with the unique contact identifier (Record ID) to ensure accurate mapping. The data is then transferred to Google Sheet, where a normalization process is applied using formulas or scripts to clean and standardize the numbers, converting them into the global E.164 format (including country code and removing unnecessary characters). 

Once the new column contains properly formatted international numbers, the data is imported back into HubSpot using the Record ID to update existing contacts. This ensures all phone numbers are uniform, clickable, and ready for seamless integration with telephony systems and external tools.
